The gravy train that is All Aboard Florida needs more help from the public to get started. After getting sweetheart loans and special interest subsidies All Aboard Florida now needs more public land in Miami.
All Aboard Florida’s proposed ‘grand central’ station could gobble up another 2.7 acres of downtown Miami land.
Dade officials have held talks with AAF about turning over the county-owned land next to Government Center and adding it to the station project. A day care center, a VIP parking lot, and a small park known as ‘the oval’ are currently on the land.
Their are BIG plans in store for the All Aboard Florida’s grand central station in Miami.
